Based on this, one of the continuous improvement measures we apply is regular, methodical, concise meetings based on the visual presentation of information (shop floor management). These take place on the shop floor, with the Unit manager and employees from the various departments involved in the production process.

Efficiency Through Streamlined Processes

As a result, communication improves across processes, and if a deviation arises it is possible to react more quickly. Production flows more effectively and efficiently, as processes are optimized.
