Starting with market research to design, CAD 3D engineering to additive manufacturing and rapid prototyping, Grandesign works closely with its clients to ensure a seamless product development process.
Part of the product engineering process, we provide advanced structural and rheological analysis (Moldflow) to our customers to optimize part and system performance and process parameters for the best quality part. With conducting these analysis we can predict the optimum temperature, stress, and pressure to have a clear picture of the composition and properties of plastic materials.

For over a decade, the Rapid Manufacturing Center has been providing rapid prototyping solutions as well as rapid manufacturing for small series.
For designers and engineers, a rapid manufacturing facility is beneficial in reducing lead times and is a cost-effective process where functionality and aesthetics of a product can be verified early in the product development process. We have the essential technologies for best prototyping outcomes such as additive manufacturing methods and silicon moulding.
Complex parts require ultimate precision and our machining tools can deliver accuracy and efficiency even with difficult angles. We use 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis machines which results in minimum handling and provide repeatable accuracy.
At VANGEST, we have dedicated factories for small, medium and large sized moulds. Each factory has a specialized team that offers turn-key solutions for each size category. From mould design to engineering, to manufacturing and finishing; everything happens at the VANGEST industrial complex.
TRY-OUT & VALIDATION CENTER
Under our flagship mould making company, Moliporex, we have our in-house Testing & Validation Center. Quality is our main priority. We installed the try-out and validation center to test a wide range of injection moulds and technologies. It has the best in class machineries and equipment in a friendly environment with its experienced engineers, who are among masters in process optimization. We offer flexible solutions for 2K and 3K injection, Gas assisted injection, and metalinsert over moulding.
Part of VANGEST’s full-service offering, EHTP provides production of high precision components specializing in thermoplastic injection. At the core of our fully automated robotic production line, our factory has the latest electric machines and runs in an energy efficient environment with solar power and is a 3-shift per day factory.
Since the beginning, VANGEST pursued a relationship with CAD 3D suppliers, not only for distribution but to transfer the VANGEST group’s know-how to market software.
An autonomous area was created, responsible for developing a semi-automated application for mould design. Today, this is an essential area for the group’s R&D strategy, establishing partnerships with numerous entities of the National Scientific and Technological System.
